Our Poo Zoo project aims to establish cell cultures and stem cells from species like the okapi, using scat samples. Stem cells are the enabling technology for every level of the Genetic Rescue Toolkit, providing a way to produce offspring from a skin sample, transforming biobanked material into an infinite resource.
